IAB Category API in Python: CBS News as JSON

An IAB category API in Python classifies a URL with IAB Content Taxonomy keys on each category object — V1 as IAB12, V3 as IAB-324-JLBCU7 — not a nested IAB_categories hash. On Klazify that is POST /api/domain_iab_categories.
